Purchase orders being closed by attorneys, our title commitments will be forwarded directly to their office as well as to the lender via e-mail or overnight mail, upon notification.
CLOSING SERVICES

Borrowers are contacted immediately by our friendly office staff.

Payoffs for a refinance closing are obtained by our office.

Preparation of the HUD-1 Settlement Statement.

TITLE POLICIES

Upon final review of all closing documents from the refinance and/or purchase closing, Elite Title Group will order additional information from the county and state in order to promptly issue the final title policy.

Original Loan Policy(ies) will be forwarded directly to the lender.

Original Owners Policy(ies) will be forwarded directly to the closing attorney.
